Senior Interior Designer - full time
Archisphere has an opening position for a highly creative, innovative, motivated, dedicated and all-around strong Senior Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work on unique hospitality and private projects, in an office with a casual corporate culture, that shows a collaborative team approach.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Master’s degree
At least 5 years of post-graduate work experience in an interior design context, preferably including high-end hospitality projects
Experience in project management, leading internal teams and coordinating externally involved designers
Experience interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors
Ability to represent the office in meetings and presentations as needed
Willingness to take responsibility for the outcome of projects or project steps, including costs and schedules
Excellent knowledge of ArchiCad and Adobe Creative Suite
Detailed knowledge of brands, suppliers and manufacturers for FF & E selection
Experience creating specifications and mood boards for hospitality and high-end residential projects
Ability to create and develop conceptual designs
Excellent communication skills, fluency in written or spoken English and German

Junior Interior Designer - full time
We are currently looking for a creative, innovative, committed, and versatile junior designer.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 2 years of experience after graduation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Junior Designer supports a team of experienced designers and architects. It is expected to tackle projects in a proactive manner and to complete the tasks with calm and consistency.
The area of responsibility includes work on luxury real estate, hotels and business projects. We are looking for someone with strong conceptual skills and outstanding presentation skills, as well as good spatial planning and interior design skills. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in an office with a relaxed corporate culture and a collaborative team approach.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
We expect a high degree of independence, initiative, and responsibility. Particular importance is attached to teamwork and open communication.
Love for architecture and interior design
Outstanding ArchiCAD knowledge
Excellent knowledge of working with the entire Adobe Creative Suite
Rhino, Grasshopper, or 3DS Max knowledge is a plus
Understanding of FF & E selection (materials, surfaces, detailing and planning)

The ability to visualize and explain concepts to others and create atmospheric mood boards and sketches
