We are hiring: Senior Architect

We are currently looking for a creative, innovative, committed, and versatile senior architect.

WHAT YOU OFFER:

We expect a high degree of independence and initiative as well as responsibility. Particular importance is paid to teamwork and open communication. We are looking for a self-confident person who is open to constructive feedback and meets the following requirements:

° love for architecture & interior design

° willingness to take responsibility for results, both in terms of costs & deadlines

° Diploma or Master’s degree

° at least 5 years of professional experience after graduation

° experience with project management in all planing phases

° experience with project submissions

° experience with dealing with authorities

° ability to create & develop conceptual designs

° excellent knowledge of ArchiCad & BIM

° knowledge of FF & E selection (materials, surfaces, detailing & planning) & specifications

° experience in dealing with suppliers & contractors

° excellent communication skills in word, writing & pictures

° exceptional attention to detail

 

Working time: full time, 40 hours per week, immediate start of work.

Payment according to the collective agreement with willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications.

We are currently looking for a creative, innovative, committed, and versatile junior designer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or architecture with at least 2 years of experience after graduation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The junior designer supports a team of experienced designers and architects. They are expected to tackle projects in a proactive manner and to complete the tasks with calm and consistency.

The area of ​​responsibility includes work on luxury real estate, hotels and business projects. We are looking for someone with strong conceptual skills and outstanding presentation skills, as well as good spatial planning and interior design skills. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in an office with a relaxed corporate culture and a collaborative team approach.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

° outstanding ArchiCAD knowledge

° excellent knowledge of working with the entire Adobe Creative Suite

° Rhino, Grasshopper or 3DS Max knowledge is a plus

° ability to visualise & explain concepts to others, & create atmospheric mood boards & sketches
